2. What data we process

This website contains no forms and does not collect data automatically. We only process the data you voluntarily provide when you contact us by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp: your name, contact details and information about your legal situation.

The website's hosting provider may keep technical access logs (for example, IP addresses) strictly for the security and operation of the service.

3. Cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use traffic analytics or marketing tools. Fonts and all page resources are hosted locally, with no third-party requests.

The Google Maps in the "Offices" section load only after you give your consent — via the cookie banner or the map load button. At that moment, your data (for example, your IP address) is transmitted to Google LLC, which may set cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and you can change it at any time by clearing the site's data. If you decline, no data is transmitted to Google.

• fulfilling the legal obligations incumbent on a lawyer — art. 6(1)(c) GDPR;
• the legitimate interest of ensuring the security and operation of the website — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

5. Professional secrecy

All information communicated to a lawyer is protected by professional secrecy, under Law no. 51/1995 on the organization and practice of the lawyer's profession and the Statute of the lawyer's profession.

6. Retention period

Data is kept only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was provided. Legal assistance files are subject to the statutory archiving periods specific to the lawyer's profession.

7. Recipients of the data

Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It may be disclosed only to courts, authorities or other entities where legal representation requires it or the law demands it.

8. Your rights

9. WhatsApp
